Privacy Notice
This notice explains how the merchant portal processes information for tenant administration, merchant operations, reporting, and compliance-related workflows. It applies to the merchant workspace and to the support of that workspace by Audarra or authorised service providers.
1. Information processed in the merchant workspace
We may process customer records, transfer details, beneficiary information, company structure data, employee and user records, compliance cases, reporting outputs, and operational notes. We also process technical data such as timestamps, locale, and request metadata needed to support the service.
2. Why we process it
The merchant portal uses this information to run tenant-aware workspaces, enforce role-based access, support cash and finance operations, manage setup and reporting, and provide auditability for regulated remittance activities. Data may also be used for troubleshooting, product maintenance, and responding to support requests.
3. Access, sharing, and boundaries
Merchant data is limited by tenant and role boundaries. It may be visible to authorised merchant administrators, operations staff, tenant-support personnel, and services that host or process the portal on our behalf. We do not use merchant workspace data outside the merchant tenant except where required to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
4. Retention and support
Records may be retained for operational continuity, audit, and legal or contractual reasons. For privacy or access questions, contact your merchant administrator or the Audarra support channel associated with your deployment.
