Terms of Use

These terms apply to the merchant portal used by tenant administrators and merchant operations teams. The portal is designed for tenant-scoped configuration, control, and daily operations inside a merchant workspace, and it should be used together with the applicable service agreement.

1. Use within your merchant tenant

Access is limited to authorised users assigned to the merchant tenant. Different workspaces such as administration, operations, reporting, or setup views may expose different capabilities, and users must only act within the permissions assigned to their role and workspace.

2. Account, approval, and security duties

Merchant users must keep login details secure, use the portal only for approved business purposes, and review operational changes before submitting them. Tenant administrators are responsible for approving access, reviewing user roles, and removing access when it is no longer needed.

3. Operational and audit expectations

The merchant portal may capture configuration updates, employee and structure changes, reports, cash and finance actions, and other operational events for audit and review. Some actions can be read-only or approval-gated depending on role, and the visible content may change based on tenant, locale, or operational context.

4. Service language and support

The portal may present content in more than one language, but the operational meaning remains tenant-scoped. For account access, workflow, or content questions, contact your merchant administrator or the Audarra support channel used for your deployment.
